Damage in transit
Our products are fragile and whilst every care is taken to ensure that your order is delivered safely to you, inevitably there will be some breakages or damages.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact bournemouth@diamondlogistics.co.uk immediately if your delivery is broken or damaged. We will replace products that have been broken or damaged in transit.
Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Sandbanks Brewery, please contact info@sandbanksbrewery.net, providing a photograph of the product, where and when you purchased it, the best before date (which is clearly printed on the back of the label) and what the issue is.
You may be asked to return the item(s) purchased.
If we find your product to be faulty, we will replace it free of charge and reimburse your postage costs. If a suitable replacement product is not available we will offer you a refund in line with your original method of payment.
